Fiscal Fellowship Program

The Peter G Peterson Foundation Fiscal Fellowship Program provides undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to work with premier institutions focused on fiscal issues in Washington, DC. The summer long fellowship offers direct engagement with work by the non-profit sector to educate the public, inform the budgetary policy debate, and instill a culture of fiscal responsibility in the political process.

A fellow's work is enriched with a weekly seminar, which includes presentations by experts at host institutions, as well as the chance to share experiences and advice with peers placed in fellowships at other organizations. As the only fellowship of its kind, this program is a valuable opportunity for selected applicants to gain expertise in the most entrenched political challenge of our time. These fellowships also serve as a unique resource for host organizations to gain youth perspective and inter-institutional insight on their work.
